Debutante's Bio
My name is Jordyn Kamille I am a senior at The Soulsville Charter School, serving as the Senior Committee President and a National Honor Society member. I currently hold a 4.3 GPA, demonstrating my dedication to academic excellence. As an entrepreneur, I own a business called Kamoetry. In addition to my academic and leadership roles, I am a dedicated competition and basketball cheerleader, having had the honor of performing at a Memphis Grizzlies NBA game at the FedEx Forum.
For the past three years, I have been a proud member of the Rhoer Club of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., currently serving as Vice President. My involvement allowed me to attend Boule 2024, where I met Vice President Kamala Harris and participated in voting on Rhoer matters that will shape the next two years. I have also balanced my commitments with work, holding a job for three years while actively volunteering, demonstrating my strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Additionally, I have interned with several attorneys and city government since my freshman year of high school, gaining valuable insight into the legal and political fields. I participated in the Stanford Law Mock Trial, where my team won the defense. I am also dual-enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Memphis while completing my high school education. Furthermore, I have obtained my natural hair license, showcasing my dedication to personal and professional growth.
My experiences in leadership, business, law, service, and education reflect my dedication to making a lasting impact in my community and beyond.
